Overview
IML Containers
IML stands for In-Mold Labeling. Your design is printed on a flexible film and then inserted directly into our mold just prior to injecting it with hot, plastic resin. The result is a beautiful label that can never come off or get wet.
We developed this high-end gallon to eliminate the negative issues that come with the old style metal cans. Our containers are more sanitary and stronger than metal and they will not dent or rust. When you air ship metal gallons you must use metal “safety" clips to hold the lids tight. Metal clips are dangerous when they are removed in a food prep area. Our IML gallons do not require metal clips, ever.
The photo real graphics that we can achieve on our IML containers come at a fraction of the price of wrapping a metal can with a pressure sensitive label. Safer, stronger, and more economical- these containers are the very best solution for your scallops, oysters and clam meat.
